Jake’s Cleanup Crew specializes in live isopods and springtails for bioactive enclosures, terrariums, vivariums, and hobbyist collections. All cultures are well-established and carefully packed.
Do you offer a Live Arrival Guarantee?
Yes! We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee on all live orders when USPS Preferred Express shipping is selected at checkout.
To qualify, clear photos of the package and animals must be sent within 2 hours of delivery.
What shipping options are available?
We ship live animals via USPS. USPS Preferred Express is required for the Live Arrival Guarantee. Other shipping methods do not include a live arrival guarantee.
When do you ship orders?
Live animal orders typically ship Monday–Wednesday to avoid delays and weekend holds. Orders placed later in the week may ship the following Monday.
Do you use heat or cold packs?
Yes, when needed based on weather conditions. Heat or cold packs may be included at our discretion to ensure the safety of your order.
How should I acclimate my isopods?
We recommend gently introducing isopods to their new enclosure as soon as possible upon arrival. Avoid sudden temperature changes and ensure proper moisture and leaf litter are available.
Can I combine shipping on multiple items?
Yes! If purchasing multiple items, combined shipping may apply. If you experience any issues at checkout, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help or create a custom listing.
Do you accept returns or cancellations?
Due to the nature of live animals, we do not accept returns. Cancellations must be requested before the order ships.
