Orders & Shipping
All live animal orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We ship Monday–Wednesday to avoid delays. Combined shipping may be available—please contact us before purchasing.
Live Arrival Guarantee
Our Live Arrival Guarantee applies only to orders shipped via USPS Priority Express. Customers must bring packages inside immediately upon delivery or hold for pickup. Clear photos of any DOA must be sent within 2 hours of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns & Cancellations
Due to the nature of live animals, we do not accept returns. Order cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase and before shipment.
